The Do It at Home, Do It Yourself Social Life...
In the advent of all these online things, and all these mobile phone numbers in existence you have a pseudo-social life...and almost all the guts in the world to stare at your crushee in the face because, anyways...what are online pics for? right? Besides there's really no way of knowing who the hell is scanning her/his profile...right?
So, the penny saver for one's social life is to be looking at friendster profiles all day long...not to mention the gay con friendster mecca...downelink.
It's such a loserly way of life, but for us people who can't really afford much of a social life...maybe because of self-confidence issues, monetary issues, and lack of time issues...there's a host of websites catering to our eyes' delight. I wonder then how it would be to be blind, would they ever come up with a brail CRT? That would be something....and that would something else. Not only can one have the option of seeing (for the non-blind), but one can also feel texture and contour...oh my gawsh...I'm really on to something here. Just imagine what the porn industry could come up with, with such a technology, not only will the blind be happy...the maniacs who can see, can now feel and ultimately be happier. But ofcourse, it's not all for that alone...we can think up of a million industries that could use something like this. So, since the smell technology is on its way out into the market, they must be working on this touchy tech, right about now...
...the things that money can buy...
but ofcourse that aspect of this little out of the box talk of mine isn't part of the money strapped do it yourself, do it at home social life scheme...this would clearly, cost a fortune.
and so...when all the bodily senses have been engaged by computer technology...we all know what comes next...a full fledged, virtual reality freak show...all in the comforts of your safe enclosure...
...it's not such a loserly thing after all...the FUTURE is not bleak for the weak...
